Delete your account.
Cliqked is operated by Noesis Trading Co. Ltd. You own your data — you can permanently delete your account and everything we hold on you, in two ways.
Option 1 — From inside the app
- Open the Cliqked app.
- Tap the gear icon (top-right of the home screen) to open Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Once submitted, the request is queued and your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address registered on your Cliqked account:
hello@cliqked.comSubject line: “Delete my Cliqked account”. Send from the email tied to your account so we can verify the request. We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmation.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, email, photo, public handle)
- All your cards, including any custom card backgrounds you uploaded
- Your saved contacts, including their photos and any voice-memo notes
- Your follow-up reminders
- Your push notification token
- Any photos uploaded by people who sent you their card via your public profile
What may be retained, and why
- Backup copies may persist for up to 30 days after deletion in encrypted backup snapshots, and are then permanently overwritten.
- Anonymised analytics (aggregate usage counts, never linked to your account) may persist indefinitely.
- Records required by law (e.g. tax invoices for any subscription payments) are retained for the legally required period — typically 7 years under UK tax law.
After deletion
Anyone holding a QR code that pointed to your public Cliqked profile will see “Profile not found”. Your handle becomes available for reuse after 90 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you're welcome to sign up again with a new account — but the old data will be gone.
