Delete some of your data.

A specific contact

1. Open the Contacts tab.
2. Tap the contact you want to remove.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete contact.

Their photo, voice memos you recorded about them, and any reminders linked to them are deleted at the same time.

A specific card

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Swipe to the card you want to delete.
3. Tap the pencil icon (top-right) to open the edit screen.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete this card.

You'll always keep at least one card on your account. If you delete the default, the next remaining card automatically becomes the default.

A custom card background

1. Open the Profile tab.
2. Swipe to the card with the custom background.
3. Below the card style picker, find the “Custom background on” tile and tap the × button.

The image is removed from the card and from our storage immediately.

A voice memo

Voice memos are typed up and added to the contact's notes with a date stamp. To remove one:

1. Open the contact.
2. Tap the pencil icon to edit.
3. In the Notes field, delete the dated entry you want to remove.
4. Tap Save.

A follow-up reminder

1. Open the Home tab or the contact's detail page.
2. Find the reminder.
3. Tap the × button next to it.

The reminder row is deleted and the system notification is cancelled.

If you can't access the app or want help removing something specific, email us from your account's registered email:

We respond within 5 business days. The data is permanently deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What is retained, and why

• Backup snapshots may contain the deleted data for up to 30 days, encrypted, and are then permanently overwritten.
• Anonymised analytics (aggregate counts, never linked to identifiable data) may persist indefinitely.
